WE DO REQUIRE A CONFIRMATION FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. IF WE DO NOT HEAR BACK FROM YOU BY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO NOT RISK A NO-SHOW.
Late POLICies
IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE UNFORTUNATELY MAY HAVE TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, in which case your appointment will be considered a no-show. if you are booking a chemical service (color, highlights, blonding, brazilian blowout, etc.) please send us a recent or current photo of your hair, as well as any inspiration photos if you are looking to do a specific color/highlight to expedite the booking process as we will ask you to send one before we can provide availabilities.
